Sue talks with Randy about how falling in love with an old sailor and seeing his younger naval veterans having trouble dressing the part when looking for employment in the civilian sector. Boots to Suits provides clothing and, more importantly, education and training on how to dress for interviews and the workday.

Michael Quinn: Army Veteran and Founder of Tenova
The National Defense welcomes retired Army Sergeant Major Michael Quinn to the program to discuss his time in the U.S. Army and the struggle he encountered finding work in the civilian world after completing his 24 years of service to our country. Michael started Tenova, which seeks to improve veteran talent pipelines, marketing campaigns, and veteran retention programs for companies worldwide.
