This will be the 22nd edition of the National Dog Show, and John O’Hurley has been a host for many years. Randy and John discuss the number of eyeballs focused on Seinfeld and the Dog Show, and some talk about a reunion show.
Shannon Gerber
We welcome Shannon Gerber to the program to discuss her role as Executive Director for The Home Depot Foundation and their work on the “Operation Surprise” campaign through November. Home Depot Foundation paid off three mortgages for veterans and is making house payments for folks in December. Half a BILLION dollars wasn’t enough for Home Depot to pay, and they have increased their financial commitment to $750 MILLION. We are thrilled to bring you the news.

Craigslist founder Craig Newmark joins host Randy Miller on The National Defense to discuss his $10 million donation to the Got Your Six network, supporting over 97% of the nation’s veterans. We welcome a retired USMC Colonel and the current Vet Tix CSO, Steven Weintraub, to the National Defense. Randy and Steven talk about the incredible service that Vet Tix offers to active duty military, first responders, veterans, Deployed, wounded, and families of those killed in action. Live Nation provides a large percentage of the tickets to Vet Tix, but the guys discuss how you can donate your tickets. Vet Tix has donated nearly 20 MILLION tickets so far, and we can’t wait to see where they’ll send our veterans next.

We welcome astronaut Terry Virts to the show to discuss his impressive career on land, in the air, and outer space! Terry is a retired NASA astronaut, International Space Station Commander, and colonel in the United States Air Force, and he and Randy talk about some of the great stories he has, the books he’s written, and much more in this segment.
