Beth has been on a mission to “burn the SOFA” after moving to Germany and facing severe restrictions from her employer due to the needless barriers put in place by SOFA.

Boots to Suits provides clothing and, more importantly, education and training on how to dress for interviews and the workday.

The National Defense welcomes retired Army Sergeant Major Michael Quinn to the program to discuss his time in the U.S. Army and the struggle he encountered finding work in the civilian world after completing his 24 years of service to our country. Michael started Tenova, which seeks to improve veteran talent pipelines, marketing campaigns, and veteran retention programs for companies worldwide.
