We chat about the Super Bowl, but most importantly highlight the hard work that she has done to support our veterans and active duty military members. Randy and Savannah also talk about her brand new tattoo she got with actress Drew Barrymore and a lot more in this great chat.
William Shatner – Celebrity Salute
We welcome the legendary Captain Kirk, actor William Shatner, back to the program to talk about his annual horse therapy fundraiser that helps both children and veterans suffering from physical or emotional wounds. William is currently on a national tour with the Star Trek classic “The Wrath of Kahn” where people will be able to watch a remastered copy of the film, followed up by a question and answer session with the Captain himself.
James Patterson and Matt Eversmann Celebrity Salute
We welcome prolific best-selling author, James Patterson, as well as his co-author Matt Eversmann to the podcast to discuss their latest collaboration. “Walk the Blue Line” is a collection of stories from the men and women who protect and serve their communities. Matt and James interviewed over a 100 members of law enforcement to tell the story of those who are serving our communities.
Lisa Guerrero – Celebrity Salute
We welcome Lisa Guerrero in this segment promoting her new book “Warrior: My Path to Being Brave.” Randy and Lisa talk about her iconic career—from dealing with harassment as a sports broadcaster to chasing “bad guys” for Inside Edition. She proves that through small, daily acts, bravery is a muscle we can strengthen over time.
Larry Gatlin – Celebrity Salute Podcast
Celebrity Salute is thrilled to welcome Larry Gatlin to the podcast to discuss his storied music career. Randy speaks with Larry about some of his memories of going overseas to perform for our servicemen and women, and one particular concert he played on top of a tank! Thanks to Larry for being on the show as well as his continued support of America’s troops.

Randy is beside himself with excitement to talk to one of his comedy idols, Rich Little. Rich is currently performing multiple shows a week at The Tropicana on the world-famous Las Vegas strip. Randy and Rich discuss his career, filling in for the great Johnny Carson, Friar’s Roasts with the Rat Pack, and much more.
Sunny Anderson – Celebrity Salute
On this week’s Celebrity Salute we speak with Sunny Anderson, host of the Food Network’s NFL Tailgate Takedown which she hosts alongside Patriot Hall of Famer Vince Wilfork. Tailgating and camaraderie amongst fans are huge in the National Football League, and Sunny talks about how much fun it has been to travel around to NFL stadiums and see all the regional differences come to life through food. Randy and Sunny also discuss her own military service as well as her father’s service as an Army Ranger as well as learning of her Grandfather’s time storming the beaches of Normandy in this great segment.

Ken Burns – Celebrity Salute
We welcome our favorite documentarian to Celebrity Salute, Ken Burns. We chat about his newly released documentary, “The US and the Holocaust”, now available on the PBS Documentaries Video Channel on Amazon as well as PBS Passport. Randy and Ken discuss the background story for this doc, and some of the hard truths that Americans faced after the fact. Thanks again to Ken for coming back on the show and for continually sharing his art with us on a regular basis.
