Lt Col Dan “Noonan” Rooney

The National Defense is happy to welcome back Lt Col Dan “Noonan” Rooney to talk about a great organization he started to support the education of the families of uniformed service members who died while serving their country in the Folds of Honor program. To date, over 35,000 scholarships have been given out through the Folds of Honor program, and Dan fills us in on what inspired his work in putting this great VSO together.
